Fw: Development tool

My team is currently developing programs using Code Warrior. We are trying
to
increase productivity. I've found some other tools : Pendragon Forms,
Satellite Forms, CASL and Palm Factory. Does any one has some advice on the
choice ?

My concerns are: reduce development time, not to loose too much program
performance and being able to develop extensions in C++ when the tool
presents some limitation.
