CW Pro & Palm development query

Just setting up for a bit of Palm dev here and would appreciate a bit of
help.

  I am a registered CW user, MAC\PC targets, and will be receiving my R5
update in the next few days. Just wondering if the SDK's on the Palm site
will
be enough to give me an environment for coding the Palm, or if CW PalmOS
version is specifically required.

  I'd like to keep using CW to play with the Palm but can't justify any more
outlay.
