What I need to do is that I need have two different sets of date and time.
One set od date and time is PC date and time, and the user can't change
them. Another set of date and time is set by the user. The user can set
whatever date and time they want. After they finish and close the form, the
date and time they enter can be saved. I am totally new for Palm
Programming, Would you mind give me more help on this?

Are you looking for the SelectOneTime() function, added in 3.1?
