What about the help file that is mailed to you when you join (and its
monthly mailing).  That should be enough for any reasonably intelligent
person to figure out (provided they read their email) how to get off the
list.  Plus, the instructions are for removing yourself from the list are
printed on the same web page where you sign up.

 Maybe Palm should add a warning to the sign-up page on their website
warning people of the volume of mail this list generates.  The particular
person who complained earlier this week was the first one I saw who seemed
to have no clue what was happening.  (Although some do send their
unsubscribe messages to all of us)

The problem with adding the instructions to the bottom of the messages is
the fact that most of us just hit the reply button and would duplicate that
data every time.  I'd just rather not have more info in the message than
required.
