Yes.  "Creator" refers to the fact that applications (among other things)
will be creating databases that need differentiating with a registered

There is (or will be :-() a database attribute, dmHdrAttrHidden, precisely
to hide applications from the launcher.  See

Alternatively, I'm sure you could come up with a scheme involving a feature
or app preferences for your four applications to negotiate amongst themselves
(on receipt of SyncNotify (ie when an app is installed) and SystemReset
launch codes) as to who is the "master" and thus responsible for syncing.
You could then register all four with the conduit, and, at sync time, only
the master would really respond.  (Probably -- I don't know the details
of conduits.)
