Do you mean you want this font to use only in your own application's
forms, or do you mean you want to replace the standard font globally on
the whole device?

The first case has API support as of OS 3.0, or is hackable in previous
versions.  See the FntDefineFont API.

The latter case is hackable in all current OS releases but there is no
official support for doing so.
