Yes, it is. I don't know where is such font in public domain, but you can
create one of your own by PilRC. It's possible to implement it without
hacking using Rez & CW (the way was explained a few weeks ago on this
list - well, if you can't find it, drop a note). PilRC is to create proper
font struct, Rez (resource compiler) to put it into your project
resources, and PalmOS3.0 API allowes you to set it as custom font.
