You most certainly do. On Linux, I recommend the version of prc-tools
that removes the need for the CALLBACK_PROLOGUE rubbish (the rest of the
fixes you probably won't notice so much yet). And it compiles C++ no
worse and mostly better than the old 0.5.0 version:

(I recommend this particularly on Unix because it's easier to build there
than on the host you've just moved from.) In particular, if you're running
Linux with glibc-2 (which, IIRC, in RedHat-speak means >= RH 5.1), you'll
