correct me if i am wrong (you didnt write enough of your specs):
you want to be able to send special formatted emails with a palm to a host
pc via internet/intranet. you have a data capable mobile phone (like the
sh888, 8810, s25) and an internet account.
you want to enter the data via a form (not directly in the email) - the user
enters data as usual an the upload to the host is done via mobile.

for this situation you could write a simple smtp client. the
(inter)networking interface is built into palm professional and up. the smtp
protocol is easy to use (you can even use a simple telnet program to test
it) and should make no problems.

i can look if i find some code snippets from some of my tests.
