Global Optimizations Crash

My Codewarrior IDE crashes every time when I go to the "Global
Optimizations" panel of the settings.  Details says:
        IDE causes an invalid page fault in model DIB.DRV at
        0001:000052ec.
        Registers: ...

I have Codewarrior IDE version 3.3.2 Build 0228.  I think this is
version 5 with the latest patches.

Has anyone else seen this?  Is there a fix?
