Hi Brad,
This is a known problem, caused by a conflict between the Global
Optimization panel and the DIB.DRV panel (duh). There are two possible
workarounds:
a) you can remove the file DIB.DRV from your Windows/System or
Winnt/System32 folder and the pref panel will work fine. To the best of our
knowledge, this should cause no ill effects.
b) if you are uneasy about that, send me an email directly and I can send
you a version of the optimizations panel that will work fine with DIB.DRV
present.
