OS3.3 Update question

Has anybody tried to upgrade flash to OS3.3
on a real device?

With POSE OS3.3 ROM works fine, but when I run
'UpgradeUtility a1PalmIII.exe', I get an fatal exception
on a device during (or right after) installation
of FlashPrep. This error results in a soft reset of
the device, and the whole upgrade process is aborted
after that.

I'm using PalmIII with 8meg (from TRG). All hacks
and FlashPro are uninstalled.
