Yep - I was one of them - Martin Hoppel was the other.

Personally, I was planning to use either FTP or email to do it.  The
FTP/Email part should be fairly straightforward - get hold of RFC 959, which
describes the FTP protocol, or RFC 1939 for POP3.

The hard part (for me) is actually installing the file as an appl once it is
received.  Any updates on how this can be done?
