You could probably do it on a Palm VII if most of the file handeling was done
server side, but downloading you could probably only do .gif, .jpg, html and text
files (with graphics very limited in size), but I would think you could do FTP
comma deliminated files from a memo pad type and "FTP" it to somewhere.
