It looks like Keith extended Gremlins to the Development Support email server
and the mailing list server! :-)
I've alerted our list master to this particular problem, so it should go away
soon. Sorry about the inconvenience.

BTW - The good news is that Development Support is in the process of
investigating a few new technologies to replace our existing email server and
mailing list server, so things should get better soon. Please bear with us
while we sort out all these fun technical issues.
