I saw these two posts:

I confess, I'm a bit confused by this. It appears that the intent is that 
only the front form will get a frmUpdateEvent, or at least that only the 
front form should respond to one. Is that correct? If so, why do any other 
forms get a frmUpdateEvent while they are not the front form? If they get 
one, what are they supposed to do with it?
