PalmDB + Lists!

OK, Im getting very frustrated, all Im looking for is minimal code to:

1. Add an item to a database ("My Name       My Number")
2. Draw all the items in that DB to a list on the main form
3. Tap the list and have a FrmAlert pop up the Name and Number (I understand how
to use ^1,^2, ^3, Im trying to understand the event handling).
