You didn't say what your workaround was for others, so I'll chime in with my
suggested workaround: throw out the HostControl in the SDK and use the with with
Poser. The latter is more up-to-date, and doesn't suffer from the problem you
reported.

Subject:  HostControl.h in SDK not usable




The new <HostControl.h> header, included in the SDK 3.1 alpha, doesn't
work.  It's incompatible with <SysTraps.h> in the same SDK.  These two
headers disagree on the name of the trap that HostControl uses.
SysTraps calls it sysTrapSysGremlins (old name) but HostControl expects
the name to be sysTrapHostControl.  The workaround for this is trivial
but still annoying.  Is this fixed in the next SDK release?
