While it is true that SF comes with a conduit, so you don't have to
write one, be aware that their conduit does two things (and only two
things):
1) Copy the Palm database to a dBase 5 format file on the PC
2) Copy the dBase 5 format file from the PC to the Palm

Integration of the dBase 5 format file with your datastore is, as Puma
puts it, "entirely under your control" (read as: you have to write the
portion to integrate the Palm data with your datastore).

In Puma's defense, they do provide a useful, detailed tutorial on using
their conduit to integrate the Palm data with your Access table. The
tutorial uses a couple of queries to move data between their dBase 5
format file and an Access table. This may or may not do what you need,
but it at least provides the structure (we wrote some custom Access
Basic code to do this, instead of using queries).
