Puma Technology is working on a Satellite Forms Server product, scheduled
for a Q1 2000 ship.  There will be a beta cycle for Sat Forms developers.

No, but the limitation is in the HotSync process, not Sat Forms.  You can
use apps developed in Sat Forms with the Scout server sync product, which
does support multiple connections.
