Re: WinDrawTruncChars 3.1 broken?

This brings up a question, why do we need WinDrawTruncChars? I have always
used CategoryTruncateName. Is CategoryTruncateName not guaranteed to work
in international settings? Or does it not work with the current font, or
something like that?
