I am having problems with setting up the Network Hotsync option.

I have downloaded the Network Hotsync option software (nhssetup.exe) from
the 3Com site and installed it on Hotsync Manager Desktop 3.0.2 According
to the instruction I did a local sync to my primary PC to make my device
ready for a network hotsync.

How do I know that the Network Hotsync option is installed in the device ?
After the local sync, I have checked the device's HotSync application, which
still shows two options (Local Hotsync & Modem Hotsysnc). Also the standard
2 menu options (Conduit Setup, Modem Setup) are available for this
application. I am pretty sure that the network hotsync option is not
installed properly with the Network Hotsync Manager software. Are there any
bug with that software ? Am I missing anything ?

How to inform the device to perform a Network Hotsync ?

Even to do a Modem Hotsync, I assume that we need to establish a Modem
connection to the server (like RAS connection) then we need to inform the
device to do a Network Hotsync. To do that, how to inform the device ?

Any help on this topic will be appreciated.

Cheers
Maha
