The Buttons prefs panel (type panl, creator bttn, name Buttons) has the
app buttons as Tbmp resources, numbered 1000 thru 1003 (the calculator
button is 1004). You could use those resources directly, but then you
run the risk of potential differences in OS version, so I recommend
copying these resources to your app.
