Mine is 8/16/99, 11:38 am. This is a unit I ordered through Developer's
Program, but I take it to be a standard retail unit (just got it a few
days ago).

Not set up for POSE/VII, so don't know about that.

Just checked again after a SOFT reset, and now it's working properly!
Making me even more suspicious that this is some sort of initialization
problem.
Speaking of which, does anyone know why the VII (or perhaps OS3.2, don't
know) does a soft reset in a fraction of the time of earlier units? It's
great!
