You won't. There is no horizontal scroll bar support in any of the current
releases of the OS. I suggest you bite the bullet and write your own custom
horizontal scroll control. The "fasted" method I have seen is to trap the
EvtPenDown, EvtPenMove, and EvtPenUp events. See if it is in your scroll bar,
see what part of it (side arrows, slide or thumbnail) and then act the way you
want. It really isn't reinventing the wheel since it isn't in the current OS.
