for the fist doubt, it seems that the third app has the same creator ID of
one of the other two. If you download an app to the device with the same
creatorID of another, it will not physically overwrite the app but you
wouldn't be able to execute both couse the launcher will only display the
newer one. So check this and change the creator ID of the application, (you
change it in Edit -> "your project" settings -> Linker (branch) -> PalmRez
Post Linker -> there you look for Creator and ther it is. The creator ID
must be 4 characters long and one of the characters has to be upper case.
All 4 character lower case creator ID corresponds to system ID.
For the second doubt, yeah, the palm support the \n char
