Palm OS3.3/3.5 headers

There's an article on PGHQ about the first application utilizing the
new graphical API for 3.3 and I still can't seem to be able to find the
headers, not to mention the required libraries in order to build
application.

Am I missing something or this is the next equal opportunity example facing
us? No offence meant ;-)
