Probably it was talking about Palm OS version 3.5? The roms and SDK were
seeded at PalmSource 99, last week.  3.3 doesn't have any new graphics
APIs, but 3.5 sure does.

There will be 3.5 roms and SDKs in the Development Resources Seeding
program very soon.
