Sorry for being unclear. No; 3.5 is a major OS release that can't be
shoehorned into a patch. Take a look at all the material on
http://www.palm.com/devzone/docs/palmos35.html and I think you'll
understand why :-)
Lower cost devices which don't have flash can't be upgraded to the same
degree; this is why some users are willing to pay extra for flash memory.
It is a tradeoff.
