Hi Ramel,
This is definitely a known bug. As Vivek says, we are looking into this and
we hope to get a patch out soon. For a temporary workaround you may want to
try this: Instead of setting the backup bit, try setting the hidden bit
instead and saving the changes. When you reopen the panel, you will notice
the backup bit has been set. Can you try this out and let me know if this
works for you? I realize that this solution is not ideal and we apologize
for the inconvenience caused.
