The new IR sync in Palm OS 3.3 is impossible to issue programmatically. I would like to request that this be made possible in the Palm OS 3.5. It would be nice in a patch to the Palm OS 3.3 however this would require a fix to HotSync so I think a flash upgrade will be necessary.
