I found that earlier versions of POSEr did not accurately emulate the Palm
serial port, but Keith has fixed that as far as I can tell. I've used the
serial port with our hardware with little problems since R25. I don't know
your setup but keep in mind that there are still timing issues with POSEr
(ticks on POSEr don't always match the speed of an actual device)
Otherwise, the hardware emulation seems to work well. If you still have
problems, post them to the Emulator forum. I found Keith extremely helpful
and receptive to POSEr criticism.
