A single row with a varying height? Or rows which each have different heights?
Not in 3.5, anyway, but there's nothing stopping you from writing such a
widget on your own. This actually sounds like a fairly specialized UI, and
as such it wouldn't probably belong in the OS. You have all the tools to
create UI objects like this, and not being in the OS means you'll be able
to get it exactly the way you want, faster than OS releases happen.
