If you are using the Lite version of the tools, which is what that message
indicates, then there is a 16K limit on the size of the segment. The
commercial tools will let you create segments up to the normal limit, which
is 64K (more or less, you're mileage may vary).
If you have the commercial tools, then it looks like you may have the Lite
version of the post linker somehow. Did you start out with the Lite tools
and upgrade to the commercial tools?
