Yes, unfortunately, MSL is not yet ready to be used in Palm OS development.
To use MSL, quite a bit of work would have to be done to slim it down,
optimize it, etc. for Palm OS. Right now, I think it's mostly used in
building simulator apps, with some parts of it being used in MSL Runtime
Palm OS.lib i.e. for Palm OS C++/multi-segment apps.
