Just to let everyone know that we solved Per Brown's problem quite easily,
because in his case all that needed to be done was sprinkle segment pragmas
in the .sqc file, in particular adding one at the end to ensure that the
generated database engine ends up in its own segment. If the database
engine ends up being >64K however, that is still a problem, but none of our
customers have come across it yet -- once somebody does we'll have to
release a new generator that handles this.
