  FlashPro works on 3.3 - you just need v1.0.6 or above :)

  do yourself a HUGE favour.. dont go writing stuff directly to Flash
  ROM yourself.. let the user make that decision :> if you want to 
  write Flash Compatable programs (ie: have databases in flash too),
  then you should consult TRG's flash API. :>
