Not sure if this is directly useful to you or not, but if you have a DOC
reader you can convert ASCII files to a .pdb suitable for a DOC reader by
using something called MakeDoc.
I use a recompiled version admirably on the Amiga at home, but I believe
there should be precompiled versions for most platforms. Can't recall
where I got it from, but I did a search on PalmGear and found several
versions: http://www.palmgear.com/
