Note that you want to produce not only a pdb file that the Palm accepts but also that
follows the common "doc" format. This is a format that does not come from Palm. I have
seen the specs on several web sites. You can find many utilities that make doc files
at: http://www.memoware.com/mw-helpm.htm
I'm sure one of the links will take you to the doc format description.
