I assume you are talking about Palm VII wireless
coverage.  Have you checked with the BellSouth
data network?  I don't know if they would give
better information, but you would be going to the
source.  This is based on an assumption that the Palm
is usable everywhere the BellSouth data network is,
which I'm not sure about.

In theory, one could write a robot that
would do an http query to palm.net for every possible
zip code, and parse the result. I wouldn't suggest
doing this, as it might have a denial-of-service
effect and be viewed as malicious.
