Richard,
You need to have two different entries in the file mappings table
.rsrc -- no compiler, with the "resource file" flag set
.r -- Rez compiler, with no flags set
When you want to Derez the .rsrc file to a .r file, change the .rsrc
compiler to Rez. That is the only change you should have to make.
