Scroll bar question

Hi,

I've been trying to figure out how the sample ToDo application makes the
scrollbar just an up and down arrow with no track.  I can't find any info in
the docs, the source code, or the PilRC manual.  I've played with different
values in SclSetScrollBar() with no success. I use the GNU toolset, so I
can't peek at the supplied resource file for the ToDo app.  I'm sure it's
simple. Anyone ?
