david uses it for linux, i use it on solaris - however, i will
eventually need it on wintel :) you should be able to grab djgpp
or something (gcc on win32) to compile it :)
you require the bfd headers (from memory) and a few other things.
basically i compiled it using the gcc for palmos source code under
solaris using gcc.
