Drag and drop, mostly. The way I did it was to unzip the SDK from Palm's
site, and simply copy the Palm OS 3.5 Support folder into the same level as
the other support folders. I also copied the Palm OS 3.5 stationeries into
the Stationery folder. Other tools I created access paths to them as
necessary.
