Understood, my case was being that in some ways maybe some or even most
applications should follow some type of protocol (I know this is an amazing
difficult task to provide), especially to say that an "address book" is an address
book and a "calendar" is a calendar, etc. The make a call function would be
specific to the cellphone, agreed, but say a Palm supported WTAI as a Palmcall like
function where wtai:// protocols were implemented in a PQA to provide a universal
function like "adding an entry" or "doing a query" etc.
