I'd missed the statement that they're running 3.1. Having been unable
to find ROMs for that version I've never tested with it even in the
emulator. Maybe (once I find the damned things) simply running against
them in POSE will tell what the problem is.
I don't think it's a matter of illegal use of the APIs, though. At
least, my stuff's squeaky clean as far as POSE and the debug 3.3 ROMs
are concerned.
