Daniel,
Sorry, but that isn't it. I checked the registry values based on your web
page pointer and all is correct. I have had VSS up and running with serveral
application (VC++, Delphi, ColdFusion Studio, etc) for quite some time,
including CW R5. Do you actually have it up and running with R6? I'm
interested if anyone has it working? Anyone from Metrowerks? Palm? Scott
Johnson<g>?
Thanks!
Bry

Your problem probably is'n on the CW side but on the side of Visual source
safe. In some cases you have to enter the registry entries to enable VSS as
a source control provider manualy. The registry entries are mentioned om
this URL: http://www.fredtek.com/tech/dumb/vss.htm.

Onderwerp: CW R6 + R5 source control plugin.
Has anyone be successful at getting the R5 source control plugin to work
with CW R6 and Visual Source Safe? After moving the "Source Control"
subdirectory and .dll into the R6 "bin\plugin" directory, the IDE now
recognizes the existence of the plugin, but it continues to give a generic
"Version Control Operation Failed".
I'm sure I'm feeding it the proper password.
(the about box under VCS says I have v7 of the CW version control plugin
installed.)
