Here's what our VCS guy had to say:

He'll need to put the following DLL's in the following directories:
PSourceSafe.dll -> \Metrowerks\CodeWarrior\Bin\Plugins\Preference Panel
WinVCS.dll -> \Metrowerks\CodeWarrior\Bin\Plugins\Version Control
He doesn't have one of the dll's in the right place. Also, he may not have
the path set correctly or not have a local path set up. The database path
should point to the srcsafe.ini on the server. The local path should point
to his working project directory on his local machine. Also, make sure if
he is using Microsoft VSS 6.0 that the database is in compatability mode.
