Hi Ralph,
There are 3 ways:
1 - Master Reset
Note: Use this option if you can afford to lose all the data on your Palm.
Do a hard reset and erase all the data from your Palm
Open the Palm Desktop and select Edit Users... from the User list
Enter a USERNAME
Perform a HotSync and select the USERNAME you just created
2 - Use the Palm Desktop
Use this option to preserve all the data on your Palm and only if you have
synched the Palm previously on the machine you are using.
Open the Palm Desktop and select Edit Users... from the User list
Select your current USERNAME and click Rename
Enter the new USERNAME
Perform a HotSync and verify the name has been changed.
The last method is a pain and I won't go into that unless you really want
to, then email me.
