Nope. The newer Chars.h only includes characters that exist on all 
devices, regardless of the character encoding. The "int'l" characters 
that you see in the older version of Chars.h have been moved to 
CharLatin.h. Note that using defines from CharLatin.h typically means 
that your app won't work correctly in the Japanese market, as well as 
other future int'l markets.
